Colleges and Universities
TBS involved University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, Kapiʻolani Community College, University of Alaska, Humboldt State University (now California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt), Northern Arizona University, and Salish Kootenai College.
Planning Grant
TBS was the foundation for the NSF INCLUDES Strategic Planning grant.
